We're a licensed retailor and we buy in bulks. We can guarantee that all of our merchandises are new and never opend; otherwise stated. However, we can't guarantee the perfection of the original packaging. And we'll try to send the best ones to our customers. Thank you very much.
What if the orders I receive are damaged?
Please contact us right away. We'll have our shipper or insurance company investigate. Then arrange a replacement or refund to you. ( You might need to send the items back)
What's your return policy?
Please return the
item in unopen/unused condition in 14 days of receipt the item for
refund (shipping & handling is not refundable).
Please email us before sending the merchandise back.
If the merchandise is lost or not delivered after 21 days, or the
merchandise is damaged when you receive it, please remain the way
it is and contact us immediately. We will have the shipper or insurance
company investigate it or arrange for replacement or full refund.
